new article on Reading and Older people

Nicole Dalmer and I wrote and submitted a short overview for a SAGE Encyclopedia project on Aging, a project that was subsequently cancelled by the publisher.

We will rework the encyclopedia entry in future publications, but we've decided to make the brief overview available through Western's institutional repository.
